<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
Should only occur in response to a "focus cal" command. Verify that the head is
properly installed and that head is in front of media. It is possible to do
just the error calibration part of focus cal using the "focus cal error"
command. If after proper head install this error persist then put back the
factory setting for head ferrcal since it may be possible to image regardless
of this error.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
When doing a head install it is very important that the media thickness be
correct. Verify that media thk and media cthk are as expected and that right
media setting is enabled with the mode media command.

<Cause>
The measured focus error as the final lens is moved is not a nice straight
